Custom and net-new: ChatAttachment

Everything in this proposal that is not plain PDS v2. npm run check:tokens reads this file: each net-new class, custom CSS variable and raw value found in the code must appear here in backticks.

Net-new components

• .pds-chat-attachment — One attached file or image in a chat, with an optional remove button.
  • Parts and modifiers: .pds-chat-attachment__icon, .pds-chat-attachment__image, .pds-chat-attachment__item, .pds-chat-attachment__item--error, .pds-chat-attachment__item--image, .pds-chat-attachment__name, .pds-chat-attachment__remove

Additions to existing PDS components

None.

Net-new props

All props of ChatAttachmentProps are new (net-new component): errorMessage, fileName, fileType, onRemove, previewUrl, removeLabel, status.

Custom CSS variables
